Are disabled parking bays available?
Disabled parking is clearly marked and available to blue badge holders only.

What about ticket prices?
Guests who have proof of disability are entitled to discounted admission for themselves and up to two carers.

Do I receive preferential ride access?
Guests for whom queuing for extended periods would cause unnecessary discomfort or distress should visit visitor services where they may be able to receive preferential ride access wristbands. These wristbands allow preferential access to the rides via entry points designed for ease of access.

Can I access all the rides?
Not all rides are suitable for all guests. Each ride has strict operating requirements that all riders must meet. These requirements are detailed on information signs at the entrance to each ride.

Are there accessible toilets available?
Toilets for disabled guests are located throughout the park.
